Hoardboard was created by Hache Teeamell, coding kobold, in sometime between the age of Gorpgorp and Hungnarl, which was a time-keeping system used only by Hache's "broseph" Galahack (dragon), so no one know what those years were.

The kobold (whose pronouns were, apparently, < and >, without any apparent pronunciation) coded/programmed and whatnot the whole thing by >self. "For funsies" (sic)

Despite being used by a lot of dragons, there is no official Hoardboard instance. Instead everyone just hosts it own. With its own things. Every copy of Hoardboard is personalized!
